Great for
- Creating a professional signature for a freelancer or small business
- Preparing matching contact blocks for a sales or marketing team
- Updating an email signature after a role or brand change
How to use
- Enter your name, job title, company, email, phone, website and address; leave optional details blank if you do not want to include them.
- Choose the classic, stacked or minimal template and an accent color. Optionally enter a publicly accessible HTTPS logo URL; it loads from an external host.
- Review the preview and copy the formatted signature. You can also copy its HTML source or download an HTML file; paste rendered content, not raw HTML, into ordinary signature editors.
- In Gmail on the web, open Settings > See all settings > General > Signature, create a signature, paste the formatted content, choose defaults and save changes.
- In Outlook, find Signatures in Settings (Accounts > Signatures in new Outlook, or Mail > Compose and reply in some web versions); classic Windows Outlook uses File > Options > Mail > Signatures. Paste, set defaults and save.
- In Apple Mail on Mac, open Mail > Settings > Signatures, select the account, add a signature and paste. Turn off Always match my default message font if it overrides your formatting, then choose the default signature.
- Send a test message and check desktop, mobile and dark mode. Email apps may change spacing, fonts and colors or block remote images.
